How to use Tai Chi to win a fight in 3 simple steps:

  • Step 1: Don’t fight yourself.
  • Step 2: Make sure Isaac Newton is on your side.
  • Step 3: Find the part of your opponent that wants to lose, and help them.

Simple, right? But the simplest things are often the hardest to do. We like to make things more complicated than they have to be.

Letting go of that desire is the hard part.
